How do I know which size I need?
With the size guide you measure your door in two minutes. The result sets the configurator to the right size.
Can I still change my order?
Send us an email with your order number as soon as possible. If your parcel has not been shipped yet, we will change it.
How do I track my order?
Your confirmation email contains a link to your order. Once the parcel is on its way, you will find the tracking details there too.
Can I order for a business?
Yes. Tick the box at checkout to say you are ordering for a business, and enter your company name and VAT number.

Returns
You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you receive your order. Send us an email with your order number and we will explain how to return it. You get the purchase price back within 14 days of telling us about the return.
How withdrawal worksWarranty
Every Lunvik product comes with a warranty of at least 2 years. If something does not work as it should, email us with your order number and a short description.
