Installation
Replacing a cylinder is a job for one screwdriver. There is no drilling and your door stays as it is.
What you need
- A cross-head screwdriver
- Your Lunvik Core, built to size
- The Lunvik app on your phone

In five steps
Undo the screw
Open the door and undo the fixing screw in the narrow edge of the door.
Take out the old cylinder
Put the key in the lock and turn it slightly, until the cylinder comes free. Pull it straight out.
Slide in the Lunvik Core
The electronic knob goes on the outside. Follow the manual for fitting the knobs.
Tighten the screw
Tighten the fixing screw again. With the door open, check that the lock moves smoothly.
Pair the lock in the app
Open the Lunvik app and follow the steps. Test everything once more before you close the door.

Can I do this myself?
Yes, if you can undo a screw. You change nothing about the door or the lock inside it: only the cylinder comes out and the new one goes in.
And if it does not fit?
Usually the size is not right. Measure again with the size guide. If you cannot work it out, send the cylinder back within 14 days.
