A motorised lock that you fit onto your existing cylinder afterwards. The motor turns the lock open and closed for you, so you no longer have to turn a key yourself.

Fits, if the shaft protrudes far enough

You take off the thumb turn. A converter goes on the shaft; there are five, for different shafts.

For both: the cylinder protrudes at least 5 mm from the fitting, and your key or thumb turn is at most 6 mm thick and 40 mm long.

This choice does not change your order. The Motion comes without a cylinder: it goes on the cylinder that is already in your door.

Questions about the Motion

Do I have to replace my cylinder?

No. You fit the Motion to your door afterwards. It is meant for anyone who does not want to replace the cylinder, or is not allowed to.

How do I open the door?

With the Lunvik app over Bluetooth, or simply with your key. With the Lunvik Bridge you can also open remotely, and with the Lunvik Keypad with a code, your fingerprint or a card.

How long do the batteries last?

About a year. The Motion runs on three 3-volt CR123A batteries.

Does the Motion fit my cylinder?

It fits a cylinder with a thumb turn on the inside, if the shaft protrudes at least 5 mm. If you have a key on both sides, your cylinder needs an emergency function: it must still work with a key inserted on the inside.

Does the door lock by itself?

Yes. The Motion locks automatically.
